• ✓02I understand this 10% is a starting point, not a ceiling: the more I contribute to APEX's success, the more my ownership can grow — earned on merit, never simply given.
• ✓03I will own the video side: editing every reel, cut, and post for the APEX Instagram, and making it look world-class.
• ✓04I will bring great ideas — early, often, bold, and without ego.
• ✓05I will contribute positively to everything I touch: the work, the brand, and the people in it.
• ✓06I will show up — reliable, responsive, and in it for the long haul, not just the exciting parts.
• ✓07I will grow APEX's audience and reputation like my own name is on the line — because now it is.
• ✓08I will keep it honest: share credit, raise problems early, and keep it drama-free.
• ✓09I will help build APEX into something we are both proud to put our names on.
